As the Supply Chain Analyst, you will analyze and optimize the supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall operational performance. Your role will involve collecting and interpreting data related to procurement, inventory, and demand forecasting to support strategic decision-making and ensure seamless supply chain operations. The supply chain analyst will support the entire USCA Industrial Coatings organization.
Responsibilities
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop supply chain performance metrics and dashboards.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, production, and sales teams to align supply chain activities with goals.
- Run the ASCP Supply Plans for 13 plants on a monthly basis to support the regional SIOP process.
- Produce the monthly supply plan presentation to achieve plant sign off (PSO) on a monthly basis.
- Help develop and implement supply chain strategies and process improvements.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management to facilitate data-driven decisions.
- Monitor supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions.
- Use supply chain management software and tools to enhance data accuracy and reporting.
- Stocking agreement creation and setting stocking levels based on planned shipments.
Qualifications
- BS/BA in operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 2+ years of Supply Chain, Operations, or Data Analytic experience
- First-hand experience and understanding of MRP or DDMRP systems
- APICS or ASCM certification) CSCP, CPIM)
- Oracle, SAP, or other ERP system experience
- We recommend Advanced Excel Skills (Pivot tables, Vlookups).
