The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for supporting and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations. This role focuses on tracking and acting on key performance indicators (KPIs), maintaining accurate data and reporting, ensuring inventory availability and driving process improvements to support business objectives.

What You Need to Know:

•   Release and manage purchase orders to ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods

•   Resolve discrepancies for inbound shipments and transfers to maintain supply chain integrity

•   Coordinate with global supply chain and communicate finished goods status across applicable regions

•   Audit and validate master data (IE: pallet quantities, manufacturing lead times and transit lead times) to ensure data integrity

•   Conduct supply and demand analysis to identify out-of-stock risks and recommend mitigation strategies

•  Manage inventory planning at the warehouse level within North America or assigned categories.

•   Collaborate with departments (such as sales, operations, finance) within the company to assess needs and perform actions required, across the entire supply chain continuum seeking to manage product flow

•   Deliver assigned supply chain KPIs (OTIF, Aging Purchase Orders, Inventory turns, inventory levels) while supporting business needs and cost

•   Support reporting efforts for the CBP process as well as Operational excellence

•   Assist with product lifecycle activities including supply planning of phase-in and phase-out processes

•   Participation in cross-functional supply chain projects.

What We Are Looking For:

•   Associates degree preferred and/or 3 + years Supply Chain experience

•   Knowledge of global Supply Chain coordination, Purchasing, Planning, and Inventory Management

•   Proficient knowledge of Microsoft suite, Logility and AS400

•   Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

•   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

•   Ability to contribute to cross-functional projects

•   Ablility to work in a fast-paced environment and able to multi-task and prioritize.
