Supports North American sales through financial and sales reporting, commission-program administration, data analysis, scorecard creation, and profitability insights. The role partners with Sales, Marketing, and regional teams to expand adoption, improve customer experience, and achieve revenue and profitability targets. It requires construction-product market knowledge, strong communication and negotiation skills, CRM and analytics experience, and 60–75% overnight travel.

Provides administrative and project support to a business unit president and leadership team. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, preparing presentations and reports, coordinating travel and events, managing office supplies and vendors, organizing records, conducting research, and supporting cross-functional business activities. The intern uses Microsoft Office, Teams, and AI-enabled tools while developing organizational, communication, and professional skills.

Lead cross-functional programs and projects end-to-end, indirectly managing project managers, driving scope, schedule, budget, risk mitigation, stakeholders, governance, stage-gate processes, dashboards, and continuous improvement across global teams.
