Support and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations by managing purchase orders, resolving inbound discrepancies, auditing master data, conducting supply-demand analysis, managing warehouse inventory planning, delivering KPIs (OTIF, inventory turns), supporting CBP reporting, and participating in cross-functional projects to ensure timely procurement and product flow.

Serve as North America product owner for the Wheeled portfolio: execute portfolio strategy and roadmap, support sales with product knowledge and training, manage pricing, track in-market performance and profitability, maintain regional systems and SKU data, gather customer and competitor intelligence, support NPD and cross-functional lifecycle processes, and attend trade shows and testing. Travel up to 25%.

Lead cross-functional programs and projects end-to-end, indirectly managing project managers, driving scope, schedule, budget, risk mitigation, stakeholders, governance, stage-gate processes, dashboards, and continuous improvement across global teams.

Lead finished-goods sourcing strategy, supplier development, contract negotiations, and supplier performance management. Drive cost reduction, TCO analysis, PPV, and global supplier integration while supporting product development, quality audits, and cross-functional execution. Manage supplier lifecycle, KPI development, and strategic sourcing projects across high-growth regions.

The Vice President Finance is responsible for financial strategy, reporting, compliance, and team leadership, driving business transformation and growth initiatives for Husqvarna Forest & Garden's North America unit.
