In this role, you will oversee the daily activities of the banking operations team. Ensure efficient and accurate processing of wire transfers, ACH transactions, and other financial transactions. 

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the processing of wire transfers, ACH transactions, and other financial transactions.
  • Monitor team performance to ensure high standards of service and productivity.
  • Ensure transactions are processed accurately and in compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
  • Resolve issues or discrepancies related to transaction processing.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on transaction volumes, processing times, and team performance identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in transaction processing.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices and lead initiatives to adopt new technologies and streamline operations.
  • Plan, oversee and lead the work of the team to meet functional and individual operational objectives and goals. Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities. Responsible for hire, fire, performance, discipline and problem-resolution decisions.
Education:
  • High School or Equivalent - Minimum
  • Bachlors Degree - Finance, Business Administration, or Related - Preferred
  Years of Experience:
  •  2 years - Banking Operations, Transaction Processing, Customer Service or Related - Minimum
  • 1 year - People Management - Preferred
  License/Certification/Training:
  • AAP - Preferred


Compensation & Benefits:

Typical hiring range:‏‏‎ ‎$61,700‏‏‎ ‎-‏‏‎ ‎$94,750 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge. 

Additional Compensation: Annual performance bonus
