The Customer and Partner (CPX) Operations Intern will work closely with the CPX Operations Enablement, Communications, and/or Resourcing teams to develop interactions with customers and employees. You'll gain skills in communication development, data-driven business decisions, change management, and process improvement while supporting various operational tasks.
What You'll Do
Gain skills across communication development, data-driven business decisions, change management, process improvement, and technical proficiency
Create internal and external resources, visuals, and communications
Assist with data collection and analytics for a variety of projects
Audit internal processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Use a range of editing software to trim, arrange, and edit recorded video sequences
Facilitate 1:many customer communication campaigns and engagements
Assist with creating enablement materials for new hires
Support and organize internal communication channels
Scope professional development and other employee training resources
What You'll Need
Minimum Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, preferably in Communications, Management, Business Analytics, or a related program
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities and responsibilities
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Self-motivated with a strong focus on action, results, and continuous improvement
Interest in building a career in data analytics, communication, and/or enablement
Proficiency using Microsoft Office and G Suite
Travel Requirements & Working Conditions
Minimal travel
Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely and not in a Workiva office
Sponsorship Requirements
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future
