Event Coordination:
- Organize and participate in career fairs and networking events.
- Coordinate tabling and lobby days by collaborating with campus career services.
Promotion and Marketing:
- Use social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn) to promote events with approved content.
- Collaborate on content creation for marketing approval.
Engagement:
- Lead and participate in campus events, ensuring a strong Spectrum presence.
- Engage with potential ambassadors, employees, and student organizations.
Feedback and Reporting:
- Collect and report event feedback to improve Spectrum's campus strategies.
- Provide insights on campus trends and student interests
Required qualifications
- Must be rising senior currently enrolled University of North Carolina - Charlotte and completing a bachelor's degree
- Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
- Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
Preferred qualifications
- Demonstrated desire to provide high level of customer service to candidates and internal clients
- Proven ability to build internal and external relationships
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
- Strong time management, communication and organizational skills, and excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Prior experience supporting early talent programs
