Revecore is a leading provider of complex Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services to hospital systems nationwide. Revecore combines AI-enabled technology platforms, proprietary claims scoring models, deep clinical and reimbursement expertise, and an outcome-aligned partnership model to deliver outsized financial impact to 1,300 hospital and health system clients. 


Position Summary

The Strategy & Corporate Development Manager supports Revecore’s growth by driving corporate development, strategic analysis, and financial planning initiatives. This role partners with leadership to evaluate acquisition opportunities, inform business strategy, and deliver insights that impact operational and financial performance.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support evaluation and execution of acquisition opportunities, including financial modeling and due diligence
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and strategic reviews across service lines
  • Develop insights through expert interviews and data analysis to inform business strategy
  • Build value creation plans and support strategic initiatives (technology, operations, growth)
  • Perform financial planning, cost modeling, and budget support
  • Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Support executive leadership with board materials, town halls, and special projects 

Skills and Experience 

  • 3+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, or private equity
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (Excel)
  • Advanced presentation and data visualization skills (PowerPoint)
  • Ability to communicate effectively and present to senior stakeholders
  • Experience with due diligence processes (preferred)
  • Interest or experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, or revenue cycle management (preferred)
