As a Senior Product Analyst supporting both new and existing products, you will play a pivotal role throughout the entire product lifecycle. Your primary responsibility is to elicit, analyze, and document the true needs of stakeholders often going beyond stated desires to uncover underlying issues and root causes. You will maintain features, and user stories, and collaborate closely with cross-functional design and development teams to ensure the successful delivery of product functionality.
This role requires a high degree of independence, critical thinking, and the ability to thrive in complex, fast-paced environments. You will be a key contributor to the success of product initiatives and a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the organization.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

- Lead the discovery and documentation of business and product requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and stakeholder expectations
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex needs into clear, actionable requirements
- Ensure compliance with auditing and regulatory standards by maintaining thorough and accurate documentation of product requirements
- Take initiative in identifying opportunities for improvement and proactively seek out work that adds value to the product and organization
- Support business agility by contributing to the implementation of product strategy and fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with UNET, including deep expertise in benefit setup and configuration within TOPS
- Demonstrated experience delivering product requirements in agile and complex, matrixed environments
- Proven solid analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to anticipate risks and customer needs
- Proven ability to lead analysis efforts independently and deliver results in high-pressure, high-complexity environments
- Experience collaborating with Product, UX, Engineering, and business stakeholders
- Proven solid communication, facilitation, and presentation skills across all organizational levels
- Proven ability to thoughtfully apply AI enabled tools as part of day to day product and business analysis practices to drive insights, streamline work, improve documentation quality, and support compliant delivery in complex enterprise environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- BA / PA / Product Owner Certification
- 4+ years of proven Business Analysis and/or Product Analysis experience
- Experience contributing to product strategy, financial analysis, and business case development
- Experience supporting or leading agile transformations and adoption of evolving methodologies
- Demonstrated expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend evaluation
- Experience working within regulated or highly audited environments
- Advanced experience developing data-driven insights to inform product decisions
- Demonstrated business and organizational maturity with the ability to influence across the enterprise
- Experience with Rally, Agile, and AHA!
