About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate is a curious problem-solver with the ability to see the big picture while diving into the details. You will play a key role in analyzing business needs, developing impactful presentations, managing projects, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is hungry to learn and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

You'll have the chance to make an impact by partnering with and supporting a team responsible for several different functions in strategy and go-to-market for FIS Network, which is comprised of the NYCE and CULIANCE networks.  You will have general understanding of principles in business analysis and process modeling and strong writing skills to develop marketing and sales collateral, responses to RFP’s and proposals.  You will consult with senior peers on various projects to learn through experience.

This position is a hybrid position which requires 3 days into one of these offices: Jacksonville, FL; New York City, NY; Milwaukee, WI; Atlanta, GA.

What You Will Be Doing:

What you will be doing for this position is the following:

Strategy & Strategic Communication-

  • Work with the Strategic Planning Director to develop and execute go-to-market strategy and initiatives inclusive of sales and marketing content, design of sales campaigns, enablement of “one to many” sales channels and driving of our sales pipeline

  • Create clear, concise, and visually compelling PowerPoint presentations for external client/sales consumption, as well as to key internal stakeholders and senior leaders.

  • Present data and insights in a way that aligns with the audience’s needs and objectives.

  • Respond to RFP’s and RFI’s, inclusive of research and development of responses.

  • Work with product management, stakeholders, peers and teams to define and prioritize key initiatives, product strategy and other projects for your team.

Project Management-

  • Plan, organize, and execute projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure project success.

  • Partner with team members and other peers to manage projects and their progression while helping to drive and deliver updates and improve efficiencies where applicable.

  • Work with product management, stakeholders, peers and other teams to define and prioritize initiatives for your team.

Continuous Learning & Development-

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to bring fresh perspectives to the team.

  • Proactively seek opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge through training, research, and networking.

Business Analysis-

  • Conduct research and analyze business trends, processes, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.

  • Develop actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in: Business, Marketing, Finance, Business, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in product management/development, marketing, business analysis, or a related role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with the ability analyze information.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Self-motivated with an eagerness to learn and adapt in a constantly evolving business landscape.

  • Current and future sponsorship are not available for this position.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $73,250.00 - $119,400.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
