Deposco is looking for a Strategy & Operations Senior Analyst to join our growing team! The Strategy & Operations Senior Analyst position will analyze sales, marketing, financial, industry, customer, development and any other relevant data types to support company programs, objectives and strategies. You will lead analyses that will help inform our short and long-term strategic outlook and decision-making, for example: competitive landscape analysis, customer and user product research, and synthesis of data and insights across the organization.  The strategy team provides business critical insights using analytics, ensure cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, help teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward, and drive sustainable business growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Leverage advanced modeling techniques to extract and communicate actionable insights.

  • Design processes, tools, and operating cadences to achieve organizational outcomes.

  • Develop comprehensive sales, product, customer or business strategies that solve complex business challenges and address the needs of customers and stakeholders across various functions to drive incremental growth.

  • Communicate data-driven recommendations to leadership and to the broader organization by preparing polished presentations and identifying key takeaways.

  • Define actionable plans and roadmaps and align cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful implementation of change initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4-6 years of experience in management consulting, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, and/or strategy & operations at a fast-paced technology company

  • Exceptional written and verbal communicator, with strong executive presence

  • Highly analytical and comfortable with data

  • Strategic thinker with ability to speak intelligently and with insight about different business models, industries, technology trends

  • Excel at working through influence, winning the trust of senior executives and cross-functional counterparts, effectively moving initiatives forward with multiple-stakeholders

  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • Strong bias to action and ability to work both quickly and to a high quality in ambiguous environment with a lot of change

  • Highly collaborative, not afraid to roll up their sleeves to do what’s necessary to make the team successful

  • Highly curious and avid consumer of technology news, blogs, and related content

  • Fluent with SQL and data analysis and visualization tools

  • MBA from selective business program preferred but not required
