About the roleWe’re looking for a Strategic Finance Associate to join our Finance team and support our GTM organizations across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will play a key role in financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis, helping guide strategic decisions that drive top-line growth and efficiency. Reporting to the Head of Finance, this is a high-visibility role that involves close collaboration with cross-functional leadership.
What You Will Work On
Partner with GTM leaders to build and maintain financial models and dashboards that support headcount and compensation planning, pipeline forecasting, pricing and packaging changes, and customer acquisition investments
Analyze sales funnel, productivity, and efficiency metrics to provide visibility and insights into operating performance
Evaluate ROI of GTM initiatives and advise on strategic decisions to support strong ARR growth
Drive KPI alignment and progress tracking towards both team-specific and company-wide targets
Contribute to foundational financial and operational data infrastructure setup, including designing schemas, warehousing solutions, and systems integrations
Establish robust and scalable reporting to support preparation of Board and Executive materials
Who You Are
You have 2-4 years of professional finance experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, and/or Investment Banking
You have excellent financial modeling and data analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel and data querying tools (e.g., SQL, Power Query, BigQuery)
You are a clear communicator with experience engaging effectively with executives
You are highly diligent and adaptable, comfortable operating in ambiguity and bootstrapping solutions
You are willing to travel quarterly to our Mountain View office and annually for team summits, which may be international
Bonus Points
Experience with SaaS metrics and GTM strategy, including pricing models and sales compensation design
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce)
