 Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic & Analytical Leadership
  • Partner with OGC leadership, program teams, and technology partners to understand evolving risks and data needs as new platforms are deployed.
  • Provide thought leadership on how analytics can improve legal, regulatory, and control oversight across the transformation.
  • Shape the analytical strategy for monitoring platform ecosystem changes, including risk indicators, control gaps, policy alignment, and data integrity.
  • Serve as OGC’s analytics liaison to enterprise data and technology teams, ensuring that data quality, lineage, accessibility, and governance meet legal and control requirements.
Risk Identification & Insights
  • Proactively identify emerging legal, regulatory, operational, and entitlement‑related risks driven by new architectures, data flows, integrations, and control structures.
  • Translate complex legal and control requirements into measurable metrics, dashboards, and insights for senior decision‑makers.
  • Analyze platform ecosystem data to surface trends, issue patterns, risk hotspots, and areas requiring escalation or remediation.
Analytics Development & Automation
  • Design and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools that track OGC‑aligned risk and governance metrics.
  • Develop analytical tools and automated solutions to support early detection of legal, compliance, and control risks.
  • Enhance reporting mechanisms using automation, scalable design, and advanced analytics.
  • Ensure analytical outputs integrate into enterprise issue management, risk frameworks, and governance routines.
Influence & Cross‑Functional Leadership
  • Operate with independence, setting analytical priorities and driving execution across teams.
  • Influence outcomes and align stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Communicate complex analytical concepts clearly to leadership, technology partners, and senior stakeholders.
  • Promote consistency and rigor in evaluating legal and control impacts of new platform capabilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in data analytics, statistics, information systems, or related field preferred.
  • 8–12+ years of analytics experience in risk, controls, compliance, legal/regulatory functions, or enterprise transformation.
  • Strong understanding of legal/regulatory risk domains, technology controls, data governance, and enterprise issue management.
  • Proven ability to translate qualitative legal/control expectations into quantitative metrics and actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, AWS, and Python.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills with the ability to identify emerging risks.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for non‑technical audiences.
  • Highly self‑directed and comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading work across diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience applying AI or ML techniques to automation, risk detection, or process efficiency.
  • Experience supporting large‑scale platform transformations or architecture modernization.
  • Familiarity with financial services legal frameworks, regulatory environments, and control structures.
