We’re looking for a Strategic Account Executive to grow our Real World Data business with a focus on MarketScan, driving expansion in adjacent markets and through LS channel partnerships. You’ll lead strategic engagement, qualify and close new opportunities, and deepen relationships with current clients to uncover new use cases, strengthen adoption, and drive long-term growth. Working across teams, you’ll ensure each account is positioned for sustained success and measurable impact. 

 

How you will contribute: 

  • Own strategic relationships with key accounts and consulting partners leveraging MarketScan solutions 

  • Develop and execute account strategies focused on adoption, expansion, and measurable ROI 

  • Enable client success by delivering training and guidance to maximize MarketScan’s impact 

  • Monitor pipeline and performance, providing insights to accelerate deal velocity and improve outcomes 

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal sales, marketing, product, and analytics teams to support client needs 

  • Drive engagement and loyalty through regular business reviews, performance check-ins, and strategic planning 

  • Pursue opportunities to expand MarketScan adoption within existing accounts and acquire new clients 

 

What you will bring: 

  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree 

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise healthcare clients 

  • Skilled in effectively positioning Real World Data solutions to diverse audiences 

  • Ability to quickly onboard clients and guide successful adoption of MarketScan 

  • Strong understanding of healthcare data trends and market dynamics influencing client strategy 

  • Experience developing and executing strategic account plans in B2B enterprise environments 

  • Proven track record of driving growth through consultative selling and solution alignment 

  • Self-starter with a history of delivering results in complex, data-driven sales models 

  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to align external and internal stakeholders 

  • Executive presence with confidence in leading strategic discussions and business reviews 

Compensation

The salary range provided in this job posting is intended to reflect the general market value for the position. The actual salary offered may vary based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific requirements of the role. This range may also be subject to change as market conditions evolve. We encourage open communication throughout the interview process to discuss compensation expectations. For base-salary + commission sales roles, the range represents On-Target Earnings.

Min – Max :

$193,529.58 - $290,294.38 (USD)
