The Senior Treasury Analyst, Treasury Operations will support the execution and continuous improvement of ADI’s global treasury activities. This role will play a key part in ensuring efficient cash management, strong internal controls, and reliable treasury operations in a newly independent, publicly traded company environment.

The position partners closely with Treasury leadership, Accounting, Tax, FP&A, and external banking partners to support liquidity management, banking operations, treasury systems, and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities

Cash Management & Liquidity Support

  • Assist with daily global cash positioning and reporting
  • Support cash flow forecasting processes by gathering inputs, analyzing variances, and ensuring accuracy
  • Monitor liquidity levels and help ensure efficient deployment of cash
  • Optimize global liquidity structures, including cash concentration, pooling arrangements, and regional funding needs
  • Execute intercompany funding activities and cash transfers

Banking & Treasury Operations

  • Maintain bank account structures, including documentation, signatories, and account administration
  • Support cash concentration, pooling, and movement of funds across entities
  • Serve as a treasury contact for designated banking partners and support evaluation of banking services, pricing, and operational performance.

Treasury Systems & Data Management

  • Support administration and use of treasury systems and banking platforms (e.g., TMS, e-banking portals)
  • Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and adherence to access controls
  • Assist with system enhancements, implementations, and process documentation

Payments, Controls & Compliance

  • Execute and monitor payment processes (wires, ACH, intercompany settlements) in accordance with policies
  • Maintain documentation for treasury policies and procedures
  • Support SOX controls, audit requests, and internal compliance requirements
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen controls and mitigate operational risk

Intercompany & Working Capital

  • Support intercompany loan activity, interest calculations, and reconciliations
  • Partner with Accounting and Tax to ensure proper recording and compliance
  • Assist in initiatives to improve cash visibility and working capital efficiency

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare routine treasury reporting, dashboards, and analysis for management
  • Analyze trends in cash flow, banking activity, and liquidity metrics
  • Support ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives as needed

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
  • Support automation initiatives and standardization across treasury operations
  • Contribute to building scalable processes in a public company environment
  • Assist treasury-related projects including banking integrations, account rationalization, treasury technology enhancements, and process transformation initiatives

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 4+ years of experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate finance
  • Solid understanding of cash management, banking operations, and financial controls
  • Experience with treasury management systems (TMS), ERP platforms, and banking connectivity solutions

  • Exposure to SOX-controlled environments or public company processes preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills required
