Support go-to-market strategies for software releases, connected services, and customer lifecycle campaigns. Develop messaging and marketing assets for integrators and end users, execute campaigns from onboarding through renewal and win-back, analyze campaign performance, and collaborate with Product, Education, Sales, Support, and Creative teams. The role also supports internal enablement and drives consistent messaging, adoption, satisfaction, and renewal.

Leads product and business strategy for video and display categories, driving sales, profitability, market growth, and category performance. Develops data-driven roadmaps, identifies market opportunities, evaluates competition, builds business cases, secures investment, and leads cross-functional initiatives. Diagnoses Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking issues involving routing, switching, VLANs, multicast, wireless, WAN, and firewalls. Documents customer interactions, verifies returns, and delivers installation guidance across networking, IoT, audio/video, automation, and surveillance products. Requires 1–2 years of network experience or equivalent internal support experience, relevant certifications, strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication.

Develops new Datacom business and grows existing accounts through relationship management, sales strategy, presentations, vendor engagement, and market expansion. Sells networking cabling, data center, and network hardware solutions while supporting sales productivity, reporting, process optimization, and revenue goals. Serves as a Datacom subject matter expert, handles customer escalations, advocates for client satisfaction, and drives continuous improvement. Requires industry experience, a valid driver’s license, territory residency, and strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Provides Tier 1/2 remote network support, diagnosing client issues, provisioning Access Networks solutions, maintaining documentation, updating firmware, monitoring alerts, and preparing RMA tickets. The role requires advanced networking, firewall, switching, wireless, authentication, and encryption knowledge, along with current CCNA certification and four or more years of experience. The engineer also supports client accounts, publishes technical knowledge articles, coaches teammates, and provides occasional after-hours emergency assistance.

Leads enterprise-wide indirect procurement strategy, governance, supplier portfolio management, contracting standards, cost optimization, risk management, and procurement transformation. Advises executives, manages procurement leaders and specialists, develops sourcing strategies, oversees category plans, drives process and technology improvements, and ensures measurable financial and operational outcomes across the organization.

Leads global procurement strategy, strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, contract negotiations, cost optimization, risk mitigation, and supply continuity. Oversees supplier transitions, procurement processes and systems, $300M+ budgets, savings initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, quality, marketing, finance, and senior leadership. Manages and develops procurement teams while driving supplier performance, working capital improvements, and operational efficiency.

Provides overnight technical support to integrators’ customers, diagnosing and resolving smart-home, networking, A/V, surveillance, automation, and connected-technology issues. Uses OvrC and related tools to troubleshoot systems, explain solutions clearly, document root causes, recommend on-site service, test new products, and provide feedback to product teams. Requires two or more years of custom-integration installation and programming experience, plus certification in a major control platform.
