As a Sr Talent Specialist here at Honeywell, you will serve as a Human Resources generalist supporting the Future Finance Leaders early career rotation program. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and managing talent strategies that nurture and advance early career professionals within Honeywell's finance function.

You will report directly to the FFL Program Director, and you’ll work out of one of our Hub locations Charlotte, NC, Atlanta, GA or Houston, TX  on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the growth and development of future finance leaders by providing comprehensive HR support, facilitating talent development initiatives, and ensuring a seamless experience through one on one mentorship and key processes for participants in the rotation program.

  • Manage and support all HR activities related to the Future Finance Leaders early career rotation program, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Partner with business leaders and program participants to identify development needs and career growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate performance management processes and provide guidance on talent development and retention strategies.
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 2+ years of experience in talent management or HR generalist roles.
  • Experience in human resources generalist roles, preferably supporting early career or rotational programs.
  • Strong knowledge of talent management practices including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and talent management tools to track and support employee development.(HCM is a must)
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional initiatives effectively.
