Join a high-impact Talent Process Center of Excellence (COE) team focused on delivering scalable, digital-first talent solutions across Honeywell Technologies. As a Senior Talent Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing, optimizing, and operationalizing talent processes.
This role blends strategy, operations, and technology, requiring strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement expertise.
You will report to the Director of Talent Process and work a hybrid schedule requiring at least 3 days a week in our Headquarters in Charlotte, NC.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise talent processes
- Support end-to-end operational delivery of talent initiatives, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency
- Serve as a subject matter expert for talent systems and digital tools, supporting system governance, enhancements, and user experience
- Partner with HRIT and technical teams to translate business requirements into system-based solutions
- Leverage AI capabilities and technology to streamline processes and improve outcomes
- Apply structured project management and change management methodologies to drive adoption and results
- Partner with HR leaders, business stakeholders, and COE teams to understand business needs and recommend solutions
- Influence decision-making and provide strategic input on talent initiatives and system enhancements
- Collect and analyze data to generate insights and improve talent processes and programs
- Develop and deliver enterprise-wide training, communications, and enablement resources for HR, employees, and people leaders to support adoption of talent processes and tools

YOU MUST HAVE
- 2+ years of experience in project management or talent management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Previous experience in Talent Management, HR Generalist, or within an HR Center of Excellence (COE)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
