Job Overview:

We’re seeking a highly skilled and resourceful Sr. Success Operations Analyst to play a critical role in supporting financial advisors and enabling advisor growth at scale. This position is designed to empower Success Managers to focus on what matters most—helping advisors grow, strengthen, and sustain their practices.

This role drives advisor growth and efficiency by owning complex, high-impact operational responsibilities. By taking on advanced operational work, the Sr. Success Operations Analyst creates the time, space, and capacity for Success Managers to focus on coaching, development, and strategic advisor engagement.

As a key partner across Advisor Success Management, Service, and Operations, you will act as a bridge that ensures seamless execution, resolves complex issues, and drives continuous improvement. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and is motivated to build deep operational expertise.

Importantly, this role complements—not replaces—case management or learning and development functions. Instead, it provides an elevated level of operational support that enhances overall advisor experience, efficiency, and productivity.

We’re looking for a collaborative, solutions-oriented professional who is passionate about enabling others to succeed. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by creating efficiencies that directly impact advisor growth and client experience.

This role is perfect for someone who:
• Enjoys solving complex operational challenges
• Takes pride in creating clarity and efficiency
• Understands the impact of strong operations on business growth
• Wants to play a behind-the-scenes but highly strategic role in advisor success

Responsibilities:

Advisor Enablement & Operational Support

  • Serve as a dedicated operational partner to Advisor Success Management, focused on removing complexity from Success Managers’ workloads.

  • Take ownership of advanced operational issues, escalations, and exception management, allowing Success Managers to prioritize advisor growth and relationship management.

  • Enable advisors by ensuring operational processes run smoothly, minimizing disruption and maximizing efficiency.

  • Track and drive issues through resolution with clear, proactive communication.

Operational Liaison & Problem Solving

  • Act as a key connector between Advisor Success Management, LPL Service, and Operations.

  • Coordinate and resolve complex service issues, escalations, and workflow challenges.

  • Manage exceptions and accommodations with a focus on maintaining a high-quality advisor and client experience.

Process Improvement & Data Insights

  • Identify recurring operational friction points that impact advisors and Success Managers.

  • Analyze data and trends to uncover opportunities for efficiency, scalability, and improved advisor experience.

  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance workflows, reduce complexity, and support growth initiatives.

Training & Best Practice Reinforcement

  • Support the creation and refinement of training materials, job aids, and operational documentation.

  • Reinforce consistent workflows and best practices across teams.

  • Provide feedback and insights based on real-world operational challenges to strengthen training effectiveness.

  • Proactively identify and communicate opportunities for skill and process improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Service, Operations, Technology, and Advisor Success teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Assist in communicating operational updates, including policy changes, system enhancements, and regulatory guidance.

  • Deliver data-driven insights to support decision-making within Advisor Success Management.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for strong collaborators who deliver exceptional client experiences and thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments. Our ideal candidates pursue greatness, act with integrity, and are driven to help our clients succeed. We value those who embrace creativity, continuous improvement, and contribute to a culture where we win together and create and share joy in our work.

Requirements:

  • Active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe

  • 3+ years of financial services experience, including exposure to both W2 and 1099 advisor models

  • 3+ years of experience in service, operations, or branch administration

Core Competencies

  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to navigate complex operational issues

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends

  • Clear, professional communicator who collaborates effectively across teams

  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills

  • Adaptable and comfortable in evolving, fast-paced environments

  • Self-starter with a focus on quality, ownership, and continuous improvement

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting advisor teams, client success, or relationship management functions

  • Background in escalation management, exception processing, or workflow support

  • Familiarity with broker-dealer or custodian service and operations environments

  • Experience contributing to process improvement or operational efficiency initiatives

  • Exposure to operational reporting, dashboards, or workflow tools
