In this role, you will design, development and implement assigned platform in a collaborative and inclusive agile team. You will use foundational technical knowledge of full stack solution development utilizing technologies such as.NET/Web or other assigned technologies, structured programming concepts, architecture and process enhancement. Focus on applying industry standard software engineering practices to software development lifecycle and deliver quality results.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain application solutions collaborating with and across Agile teams using full stack software development tools and technologies.
- Design, develop and implement solutions for assigned applications and assigned solutions.
- Analyze business needs and develop software solutions for external and internal customers utilizing cutting-edge technologies with the aim of optimizing member experience and operational efficiency partnering with senior/principal engineers, architects and scrum team members.
- Analyze and design application database solutions, collaborating with database development efforts across the organization.
- Develop full life cycle applications including design, implementation, testing and maintenance of simple to moderately complex software applications and subsystems.
- Conduct detailed analysis of system interactions to determine technical solutions and resolve problems that are cost effective and consistent with user needs, system capacities and capabilities.
- Work on multiple projects and/or features concurrently following agile team practices owning them end to end.
- Utilize effective Agile management techniques in refinement, planning, estimating, and completing assignments collaborating with team members.
- Identify and implement solutions to complex issues that are related to production level code defects or process changes.
Education:
- Bachelors Degree - Computer Science or related - Minimum
Years of Experience:
- 3 Years - Application development or Related - Minimum
- 3 Years - Symitar core, .NET or Related - Preferred
In Lieu of Education:
- 8 Years - Application development in assigned area or Related - Minimum
Compensation & Benefits:
Typical hiring range: $99,200 - $140,100 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
