This position will be based in the Charlotte, NC HQ; hybrid work policy model.  

All About the Role:

As a Senior Sales Support Specialist, Consumer Direct Interaction, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and operational excellence of Electrolux's aftermarket business. This position serves as a trusted partner to customers and cross-functional teams, ensuring a seamless customer experience while driving business performance through effective order management, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives. The role is responsible for managing customer operational activities, maintaining data integrity, and delivering insights that support strategic decision-making across the Consumer Direct Interaction portfolio. Success in this position requires strong analytical skills, a customer-first mindset, intellectual curiosity, adaptability, collaboration, and the ability to solve complex business challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute customer orders and requests accurately and efficiently to support a seamless customer experience.

  • Monitor customer operational performance against compliance requirements, analyze trends, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to reduce penalties and improve service levels.

  • Maintain and manage customer data within ERP systems to ensure data accuracy and effective order fulfillment.

  • Partner with Finance and Accounts Receivable teams to manage customer credit lines, resolve credit issues, and support effective cash flow management.

  • Analyze customer and operational data to identify opportunities for business growth, process optimization, and performance improvement.

  • Lead and support operational and analytical activities for assigned customer accounts and business initiatives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, Marketing, Product Management, Service, Finance, IT, Legal, and Compliance, to achieve business objectives.

  • Develop and implement solutions to operational challenges that improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business results.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Support, Customer Service, or a related business operations role.

  • Experience analyzing data, developing reports, and using insights to drive business decisions and customer performance improvements.

  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel; experience working with customer and operational data preferred.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; occasional travel may be required.
