Job Overview:

LPL Financial is seeking a Sr. Product Owner to support the Omni Channel Platform within the Investor and Investment Solutions organization. This role supports the development and implementation of technology and business process solutions that enhance advisor experiences and operational effectiveness. The position partners with business and technology stakeholders to manage product development activities, document business requirements, support project execution, analyze data, and coordinate testing and readiness efforts across multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Author business requirement documentation to support product development and implementation initiatives.

  • Coordinate activities across business and technology teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

  • Support testing, experimentation, user acceptance, and readiness activities.

  • Maintain and oversee data used to support product, program, and project initiatives.

  • Provide project management support, including task tracking, status reporting, and issue management.

  • Coordinate meetings, document action items, and track follow-up activities.

  • Support customer tester selection and recruitment efforts.

  • Create, maintain, and distribute program metrics, dashboards, and reporting.

  • Assist with process improvement initiatives and documentation updates.

  • Analyze survey results and project performance data to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Maintain data and records within applicable tools and systems.

  • Support product and service launches through coordination of resources, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.

  • Assist with event, technology, client, and operational activities as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

  • 1+ years of experience supporting call center or service-related products.

  • Experience working within product development, project management, or business process initiatives.

  • Experience documenting business requirements and supporting testing activities.

  • Experience coordinating activities with multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams.

  • Must be able to take initiative and manage timelines and deadlines.

Preferences:

  • Experience in capturing and reporting program and project results.

  • Experience with innovation, beta testing, client experience, or design thinking.

  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and processes.

  • Experience with JIRA.

  • Experience working in a call center environment.


 

Pay Range:

$80,752.00 - $134,518.00
 
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
