  • Collaborate with engineering, UX, architecture, client services, and go-to-market teams to develop and launch scalable, user-centric solutions.
  • Work with shared engineering and product owner teams across IMO, managing priorities and alignment on delivery goals.
  • Conduct market and user research to validate needs and prioritize investments.
  • Develop clear business cases, requirements, and user stories tied to strategic outcomes.
  • Navigate trade-offs across business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and finance on positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership in customer meetings, demos, and marketing campaigns to support adoption and retention.
  • Drive internal and external product communications and release planning.
  • Represent the voice of the customer and be a subject matter expert internally and externally.
  • Contribute to webinars, blogs, and other marketing content to promote product capabilities.
  • Engage with customers during calls and demos, gather feedback, and work with Growth, Implementation, and Client Success to support adoption and long-term value.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • 7+ years in product management, strategy, or related roles, including ownership of complex portfolios.
  • Experience in revenue cycle within a healthcare organization or building revenue cycle solutions (e.g., coding, billing, claims, medical necessity, prior authorization).
  • Proven success driving adoption, growth, and innovation in healthcare technology products integrated with EHRs.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority in agile environments.
  • Strong understanding of clinical and financial workflows, payer-provider dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with API-based products and working knowledge of modern technology stacks.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to varied audiences.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to execution details.
  • Comfort with tactical execution and roadmap development in coordination with multiple teams.
  • Experience engaging directly with customers through calls, events, and other public-facing activities.
  • Knowledge of competitive and AI-driven revenue cycle solutions is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for team collaboration or customer engagements.
