Position Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Product Manager to advance the next generation of analytics and decision-making in support of Transitional Care Education NBAs serving to improve customer experience and other initiatives.

As a Product Manager within Consumer Analytics, you will be responsible for contributing to the development and launch of various member facing initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of product management, clinical data, data science, and business strategy. The ideal candidate is able to influence decision making across the organization and work effectively with cross-functional teams towards a common goal. Additionally, as a Product Manager you will support the dissemination of best practices (design thinking, agile methodologies and more) to support the TCE portfolio.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be the external face of TCE portfolio to stakeholders across the organization.

  • Lead storytelling for impact, learnings, and go forward strategy

  • Navigate prioritization decisions for campaign enhancements with internal/external stakeholders

  • Lead decisioning on business case sizings, campaign results, and portfolio level strategy

  • Work with DS to improve existing campaigns in the portfolio and ideate on new areas of growth

  • Own and improve team processes, structure and ways of working

This role requires a customer-centric mindset, technical proficiency in analytics tools and platforms, and strong interpersonal skills to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative setting.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years’ experience working cross-functionally with Engineering or Data Science teams and familiarity with Data Science concepts

  • 1-2 years’ Product Management, Product Management-adjacent, or Consulting experience (closely partnering with Data Scientists and Engineers)

  • Experience with long-term planning, and data-driven decision making

  • Comfort in a Cross-Functional Environment & Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional organization structure, including managing priorities and deliverables. This requires strong communication, adaptability, and stakeholder alignment skills.

  • Business Case Development: Ability to translate insights into actionable strategies, create business cases, and align with organizational priorities.

  • Communication & Storytelling: Strong ability to present complex data insights in a clear, compelling narrative for stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep knowledge of various types of healthcare data, including a strong grasp of data nuances, common use cases, and limitations, with experience in common analytics tools including, but not limited to, Tableau

  • Strong interest in the Healthcare sector; the ideal candidate should be passionate about improving Health outcomes for our members

  • Technical product management experience

  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within a complex stakeholder environment, driving consensus and fostering collaborative decision-making processes

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate (oral and written), with experience in communicating technical concepts and implications to business stakeholders and customers as well as business concepts and requirements to Data Science, Engineering, and other technical teams

  • Proven track record of supporting the management of all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle

  • Ability to drive outcomes in a complex environment and navigate ambiguity

Education

  • Master’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$106,605.00 - $284,280.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
