Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $97,300 to $133,815; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.

- Lead end-to-end project execution for high-priority Confectionery projects through planning, development, execution, monitoring & control, and closure.
- Define and manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk and communications with discipline and autonomy.
- Be the heartbeat of cross-functional alignment, partnering with Marketing, R&D, Packaging, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, etc. to deliver projects' success.
- Navigate complexity with agility - proactively identifying roadblocks, proposing contingency plans, and keeping teams focused on critical path execution.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, proposing and executing contingency plans.
- Create and maintain seasonal project dashboards and reports that drive visibility, accountability, and speed.
- Lead recurring status meetings and create actionable project dashboards and reports to enable decision-making.
- Ensure project data completeness and compliance in project management tools.
- Support adoption of Idea to Market methodology as an execution role model for peers. Act as a role model for disciplined project delivery and a champion for continuous improvement in seasonal planning and execution.

- 5+ years' experience in managing cross-functional projects in product change, commercialization, or innovation, preferably within CPG or highly dynamic consumer-focused industries.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
