About the Role

Abnormal Security is a fast-growing cybersecurity company and we’re looking for our first Sr People Analytics. This is an exciting opportunity to help build the function and also influence how we manage our most valuable asset, our people, through actionable insights. In this role, you will exercise both your technical acumen and your leadership skills. 

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with the People Team and Key Stakeholders to develop the People Team KPIs and Organizational Health Indicators.
  • In partnership with the People Leadership Team, develop HR Data Governance Framework and People Analytics Roadmap.
  • Design and build data models within Workday Prism, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across various HR processes.
  • Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Workday Prism.
  • Develop and maintain complex Workday Prism reports and dashboards, translating business requirements into effective data visualizations and actionable insights.
  • Interpret Data and present findings, insights and recommendations to leaders across the People Team and across the Business. 
  • Train and support the People Team and business partners on Workday Prism Reporting and Analytics.

Must Haves

  • 8+ years of people analytics experience, and 2-3+ years with Workday Prism Analytics, including report writing, dashboard creation, and data modeling.
  • Strong understanding of Workday HCM data structure and functionality.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis techniques.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and best practices.
  • Obsession for Data Accuracy and User Experience.
  • Ability to gather requirements, design, and develop dashboards in Prism Analytics.
  • Understanding of data architecture and how to combine Workday and Non-Workday data sources.
  • Overall understanding of data privacy regulations and an advocate of ethical use of personal data.
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships, communicating effectively with technical teams and senior leaders.
  • Strong ability to tell stories with data, translating complex analyses into clear and concise narratives.

Base salary range:

$140,000$165,000 USD
