Job Overview:

The Senior Operations Specialist will provide critical operational support for LPL Financials' Centrally Managed Platforms, including Model Wealth Portfolios (MWP), LPL Financials' fastest growing advisory platform. The role will involve ensuring that advisor-driven requests, including requests for withdrawals and model changes, are in good order and communicated to the Overlay Manager in an accurate and timely manner.

 

Responsibilities:

The candidate will also assume responsibility for inquiry resolution which will entail research and coordination with various operations departments. Other responsibilities may include ensuring new accounts meet funding requirements and acting as a liaison between the Service Center and the team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and able to flourish in a fast-paced setting under pressure. A strong commitment to delivering extraordinary service is a must.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of Operations experience in the financial services or government entity

  • Ability to perform under pressure to meet deadlines

Pay Range:

$16.73-$27.88/hour
 
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
