If you’re hungry to learn, eager to grow, and ready to prove yourself in one of the most dynamic sectors of legal tech, this is your opportunity.

Job Description

We’re seeking a Senior Marketing Designer who thrives as a hands-on creator and design lead, driven by the need for continuous output. Your focus will be on shaping and executing Expert Institute’s visual presence across digital, print, video, and multimedia, with an unwavering commitment to high-volume production.

You’ll own the design of our primary website, expertinstitute.com, as well as acquire brand properties, while also tirelessly supporting marketing, sales, and product initiatives. From UI/UX design and system building to testimonial videos, product launches, and sales enablement tools, you’ll consistently bring creativity, consistency, and impact to every touchpoint, understanding that the greatest impact comes from sustained effort.

If you’re a design leader who loves the craft, has strong digital instincts, and can turn complex ideas into engaging, conversion-focused visuals through a relentless work ethic, this role is built for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead core web design: Leveraging your experience at/for a SaaS and/or B2B company, own and evolve the design of expertinstitute.com and acquired brand sites, with a constant focus on UX, performance, and brand consistency, ensuring continuous improvement and iteration.
This is the largest part of the job, so this experience is the first filter for candidates.

  • Design across mediums: Deliver a high volume of assets spanning digital, print, presentations, video, motion graphics, and social media, always striving for more.

  • Drive impact: Create a multitude of conversion-driven landing pages, marketing collateral, and sales tools that directly move revenue, understanding that consistent effort yields significant results.

  • Build and extend design systems: Continuously develop our design system to ensure cohesion across digital platforms, marketing, and product experiences, seeing this as an ongoing, never-ending endeavor.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner Marketing with Sales, Product, and Leadership to align creative execution with strategic goals, ensuring seamless and constant collaboration.

  • Innovate & scale: Relentlessly introduce new ideas, processes, tools, and design approaches to push creative boundaries while staying efficient, with the understanding that innovation is a continuous pursuit.

  • Tell stories visually: Lead the continuous production of explainer videos, animations, and multimedia assets that simplify complex ideas and showcase value, emphasizing the ongoing nature of content creation.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of professional design experience, with a robust portfolio showcasing a high volume of work across UI/UX, web, print, and multimedia for a SaaS and/or B2B company.  Ideally, you have also worked on web-based products that are a part of a two-sided marketplace (like AirBNB).

  • Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects), with the ability to leverage these tools for maximum output.

  • Extensive hands-on experience with motion graphics, video production/editing, and UI/UX design for digital platforms, demonstrating a history of sustained creative production.

  • Proven ability to balance multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and consistently deliver high-quality work, even under immense pressure.

  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to present and defend design decisions, along with the resilience to incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.

  • A detail-oriented, self-motivated designer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-output environment, and understands that relentless effort is key to success.
