What you'll bring to the table:

  • Exceptional ability to synthesize complex business information into clear and compelling executive narratives.

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of enterprise transformation, strategy execution, and organizational change.

  • Experience connecting business performance, transformation activities, and strategic priorities into meaningful insights and stories.

  • Ability to influence leaders and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Strong executive communication, presentation development, and storytelling skills grounded in data and business outcomes.

Some details about what you'll do:

  • Establish and maintain the enterprise transformation narrative, creating a consistent, data-driven view of transformation priorities, progress, outcomes, and business impact.

  • Serve as the single source of truth for transformation storytelling, ensuring leaders across the organization communicate a consistent and evidence-based perspective on transformation efforts.

  • Synthesize insights from transformation initiatives, operational performance, and strategic priorities into clear executive-level narratives and recommendations.

  • Develop materials and content that support senior and executive leadership discussions related to transformation strategy, progress, and outcomes.

  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or emerging themes across transformation efforts and help leaders align around a common understanding of priorities and results.

  • Continuously refine how transformation success is measured, communicated, and understood across the organization.

Requirements:

  • 7–10 years of experience in executive communications, strategy, consulting, change leadership, or corporate affairs.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives and leadership teams.

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation development skills.

  • Strong ability to synthesize complex information and communicate it clearly.
