Drive the financial performance and risk posture of Genesys’ North America strategic accounts by owning the end-to-end receivables management strategy. This role directly influences cash flow, customer experience, and enterprise financial health by shaping how complex, high value accounts are managed and optimized. Partnering closely with senior leaders across Finance, Sales, and Customer Operations, you will balance commercial relationships with disciplined financial execution to accelerate collections performance and reduce risk exposure. At Genesys, you will help organizations deliver better customer experiences while contributing to a culture that values empathy, innovation, and measurable impact. This role offers strong visibility into enterprise financial strategy and the opportunity to influence global process standardization and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end to end collections strategy for North America strategic accounts, driving improved cash flow performance and reducing days sales outstanding

  • Design and implement data driven collection strategies that increase recovery rates while preserving long term customer relationships

  • Influence cross functional stakeholders to align on risk mitigation, payment strategies, and customer engagement approaches

  • Deliver accurate and actionable cash forecasts that inform executive level financial planning and decision making

  • Identify and mitigate financial risk exposure across large scale customer portfolios, improving past due metrics and overall receivables health

  • Lead operational execution by establishing performance targets, tracking outcomes, and driving accountability across the team

  • Optimize collections processes and systems to reduce complexity, improve scalability, and enhance operational efficiency

  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations that shape receivables management practices and broader financial operations

  • Partner with global teams to ensure alignment on policies, tools, and performance standards across regions

  • Develop and coach a high performing team, strengthening capability, ownership, and accountability across all levels

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in receivables management, collections, or finance operations within a complex enterprise environment

  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and driving performance outcomes

  • Strong understanding of credit risk management, cash forecasting, and financial operations best practices

  • Proven ability to influence cross functional stakeholders at multiple levels of an organization

  • Experience working with large strategic accounts in a B2B environment

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive level exposure

  • Experience with financial systems and process optimization initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience within a SaaS or technology driven organization

  • Background in global finance operations or working across multiple regions

  • Familiarity with automation tools, analytics platforms, or process improvement methodologies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.  

$101,100.00 - $177,900.00
