This role will identify project risk and work with cross functional teams to develop mitigation plans. This position will identify key tollgates and communicate regularly status updates to senior leadership. What You Will Do:
- Responsible for the tactical execution and leadership of end-to-end pricing lifecycle strategy and strategic projects and serves as primary project manager through risk identification and development of risk mitigation
- Ensures that pricing and promotional strategies are developed, implemented, measured, and monitored effectively and efficiently through proprietary and third-party tools, analysis, and reporting
- Develops and presents communications, frequently to senior leadership, that convey the right message in an effective way to the appropriate audience
- Collaborates with other Pricing teams to create synergies between teams, share a cohesive vision, and foster an environment of communication and collaboration
- Examines and streamlines work flows and processes within the team to increase efficiency
- Responsible for providing input on using new tools and capabilities to deliver competitive pricing recommendations across the full product life cycle to their partners

- Responsible for maintaining key merchandising relationships and a line of communication to establish regularly delivered progress reports and to ensure alignment across functions.
- Leads a team of direct reports, completing all the people management activities associated with leadership of a highly functioning team, including responsibilities of recruiting, hiring, developing and performance of team members.
- Provides timely, effective and actionable feedback and coaching to reporting individuals so that they may continue growth and development as well as perform necessary responsibilities of their role.
- Works with business partners and other stakeholders to prioritize information/reporting needs and prioritizes activities for direct reports.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7-10+ years of experience in pricing, analytics, finance, merchandising, revenue management, or retail strategy.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing senior leadership.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel, SQL, BI tools, or pricing software, and AI Initiatives
- Managing teams and developing talent. Lead, coach, and develop pricing analysts and managers.

Preferred Skills/Education
- Master's degree MBA or other relevant
- Plus prior corporate retail pricing, promotions or competitive intelligence analytics or strategy experience. At least 10 years of comparable experience plus 3 years of experience with price optimization solutions.
