What You Will Do
- Directs the methods by which the installed sales business models and sales channels will be measured and monitored to ensure optimal business decisions and operational metrics are being achieved.
- Develop proper processes and projects for providing business insights that support the successful execution of sales and operational processes for the installed sales business model.
- Data is managed within conventional data models as well as cloud-based data models requiring this role to be well versed in multiple analytical and reporting methodologies to extract the required business data to produce the required business insights.
- Serves as a mentor and guide for the Senior Services Analysts and Services Analysts in more complex business decisions, issues, and analytical designs.
- Leads sales forensics for installed sales among various stakeholders. Sales forensics consist of installed sales category performance, labor to product attachment rates, installed sales performance by sales channel, and other general types of sales reporting. Along with the data, the role provides guidance on how to optimize sales performance.
- Leads projects and processes aimed at providing operational data for the installed sales business model. Responsible for installer availability monitoring, installer network capacity management, installed sales job fulfillment standards and performance, operational profitability, installer payments, expense paid outs, and customer satisfaction by category and sales channel for the installed sales model.
- Directs the amount for the percentage of installed sales that can be removed from the due file every fiscal quarter based upon the ratio of installed sales expenses that are customer paid outs vs installer payments.
- Provides installed sales business data and approach to resolve compliance disputes the Legal, Tax, and Licensing departments encounter.
- Leads projects that require complex analytical skills to provide the necessary business insight to identify the root cause of an issue.
- Develops, configures, and modifies database components within various computing environments by using various data tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Excel to access and manipulate the data.
- Must possess the ability to learn new systems and data sources as the installed business model evolves especially with the migration of installed sales data to modern platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree Business Administration, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Information Systems, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable.
- 3-5 years of experience in Store Operations, Services, Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, Business Analysis, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience with SQL, data analysis, and data visualization.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Lowe's Services systems (IMS, SPM, MRV Projects, Vendor Gateway, or related)
- Background in technology enablement, process engineering, or systems modernization
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid SDLC methodologies
- Ability to influence across multiple teams and levels in a large enterprise organization
