Rula is a remote-first company. We currently hire in most U.S. states, with the exception of Hawaii.

About the Role

We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Paid Search to achieve Rula’s patient marketing objectives through data-driven, highly automated execution and scale of its paid search program. This person will be responsible for exceeding patient starts targets within a required LTV ROI, by applying AI-first, data driven optimizations to maximize headroom of the program. You will be an excellent communicator & storyteller, and unafraid to “make it happen” in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You have clear command of your inputs and understand how to clearly & succinctly diagnose problems, triage, and communicate required actions or outcomes with key stakeholders including Analytics and Finance. You should be comfortable communicating with leadership including the executive (S-team) team. And you have the drive to win!

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of related professional experience directly executing and managing paid search programs

  • Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platform mastery; expert understanding of sound account and campaign architecture, optimization levers, and smart bidding

  • Experience directly managing large budgets, i.e. $1M+ per month

  • Experience working with cross-functional partners including Finance and Analytics to improve channel outcomes

  • Experience working with Google Smart Bidding, specifically tROAS

Preferred Qualifications

While having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory. We encourage all interested applicants to apply, even those who may not meet every preferred requirement.

  • Google Ads certification for Search

  • 2+ years experience leading a team of one or more specialists

  • Experience with YouTube Demand Gen, Performance Max, AI Max

  • Track record of building/leveraging AI agents to automate paid search operations

  • Proficiency with Looker or equivalent data visualization tools

  • Proficiency with first-party data integration tools like Freshpaint, Segment, etc.
