What you'll do here:
  • Manage financial reporting processes within a global organizational structure that includes multiple international legal entities.
  • Coordinate preparation of 10-Q, 10-K, and other SEC filings, including related disclosures through Workiva.
  • Work together with senior leadership on internal and external management reporting and Audit Committee presentations.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Support internal controls and SOX compliance initiatives.
  • Assist in coordinating with both internal and external legal counsel, along with external auditors.
Skills you will need here:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience; MBA or MSA.
  • CPA licensure and Big 4 public accounting experience required.
  • Solid understanding of US GAAP and SEC rules and regulations, with the capability to investigate and suggest company stances on presentation issues.
  • 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting.
  • Effective communication, leadership, and project management expertise, able to manage various tasks simultaneously in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Proven ability to take ownership and drive projects and issues to completion.
  • Experience with Workiva preferred.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.  Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.

In this position,  you will be eligible to participate in the company’s discretionary incentive bonus program.  This position's bonus target amount, which is not guaranteed and is dependent on individual performance and overall company results among other factors, is provided below.  

20% Annual: Individual Target
$152,200.00 - $187,300.00 USD
