Your role at Dynatrace
Dynatrace is seeking a strategic, technically expert, and autonomous Senior Manager of Sales Analytics to lead our data-driven transformation across global sales operations. This is a high-impact role that will shape how Dynatrace leverages data, AI, and advanced analytics to drive sales performance, operational efficiency, and executive decision-making.
You'll own the sales analytics roadmap, mentor a team of analysts, and partner across departments to deliver scalable, governed, and high-impact analytics. Success in this role requires strong leadership, hands-on technical expertise, fluency in AI concepts, and the ability to operate independently while influencing senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute a scalable analytics strategy that delivers actionable insights to sales leadership and field teams.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team, balancing mentorship with hands-on execution.
  • Build and optimize advanced Power BI dashboards and predictive models for pipeline forecasting, consumption tracking, opportunity scoring, quota setting, and churn prediction.
  • Apply data-science techniques and explore LLMs and AI capabilities to enhance segmentation, forecasting, and enablement.
  • Collaborate with Business Systems, the Transformation Office, and Enterprise Data & Analytics teams to drive change management, align on SDLC practices, uphold governance standards, and build certified data products aligned to enterprise metrics and definitions.
  • Design frameworks that reduce noise, prioritize effectively, and support cross-functional alignment across Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Finance, and Strategy.
  • Champion analytics adoption through enablement programs such as office hours and dashboard literacy sessions.
  • Present insights clearly to senior leadership, simplifying complex datasets for non-technical audiences.

Location: Remote (Eastern or Central Time Zones)
What will help you succeed
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Analytics, Data Science, or Business Intelligence, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and performance optimization.
  • Strong working knowledge of Snowflake, SQL, and Python; experience with LLMs or AI applications is a plus.
  • Deep familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC), including reporting, data structures, and integration points.
  • Demonstrated success leading change management initiatives and implementing SDLC best practices in enterprise environments.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, including renewals, pipeline management, key metrics, and forecasting methodologies.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills-able to build, mentor, and empower analytics teams while influencing executive stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Why you will love being a Dynatracer
  • A one-product software company creating real value for the largest enterprises and millions of end customers globally, striving for a world where software works perfectly.

  • A team that thinks outside the box, welcomes unconventional ideas, and pushes boundaries.
  • An environment that fosters innovation, enables creative collaboration, and allows you to grow.
  • A globally unique and tailor-made career development program recognizing your potential, promoting your strengths, and supporting you in achieving your career goals.
  • A truly international mindset with Dynatracers from different countries & cultures all over the world, and English as the corporate language that connects us all
