- Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, this role will work closely with a cross-functional team across marketing, product, sales, and services to extend Dynatrace leadership in help leading enterprise companies and strategic partners achieve their business objectives in the AI era. You will play a pivotal role in expanding Dynatrace engagement with key technology partners (Software companies, GSI, etc.) for AI-driven software architectures, ensuring that our customers can confidently deploy, monitor, and scale modern AI workloads.
- The role will coordinate, orchestrate, and deliver required assets across the entire product lifecycle-from solution validation to launch and post-launch enablement and growth-with responsibility for AI observability messaging. Dynatrace is looking for an experienced B2B product marketer with strong technical fluency and knowledge of the development audience, particularly in AI, ML, and cloud-native contexts.
Responsibilities
- Go-to-market planning: Create and consistently deliver go-to-market plans for AI observability use cases, inclusive of LLM monitoring and optimization, and agentic AI orchestration.
- Messaging and positioning: Build and maintain differentiated messaging for AI-enabled observability, including narratives around ensuring trust, reliability, and ethical performance of LLMs and agentic AI systems.
- Go-to-market activities: Coordinate across product management, marketing, and field teams, acting as the connective tissue to ensure AI and LLM observability updates reach relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Content: Develop product-related content for each stage of the funnel-field enablement, pitch decks, whitepapers, webinars, blogs, and solution briefs-highlighting Dynatrace's unique capabilities in monitoring AI technologies that support autonomous agent workflows.
- Sales enablement: Provide regular training and enablement on AI observability value propositions, competitive differentiation in AI monitoring, and real-world customer success stories.
- Competitive: Partner with the competitive intelligence team to assess the AI observability and agentic AI monitoring market landscape.
- Conference: Represent Dynatrace at AI/ML and observability industry events, delivering thought leadership sessions on the intersection of AI, LLMs, and agentic AI observability.
- Reporting: Collaborate on KPIs and goals for AI observability.
What will help you succeed
Minimum Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, software engineering, computer science, or related field.
- 8+ years in product marketing, product management or technical solutions engineering in the B2B enterprise market.
Preferred Requirement
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Deep familiarity with AI observability concepts, including monitoring LLMs, tracking model drift, and understanding agentic AI orchestration frameworks.
- Technical product marketing experience in AI, ML, or data-intensive platforms.
- 10+ years in product marketing or product management in the B2B enterprise market.
- Open-source software community experience a plus.
- MBA a plus.
- Ability to quickly learn and communicate complex AI and cloud-native technologies.
- Willingness to work across global offices and travel as needed.
