This role reports to the Head of Deposit Customer Growth Journeys and is responsible for driving customer growth opportunities across the end-to-end deposit application experience.

In this role, you will:
- Support the Product Director and Senior Lead Product Manager with the ongoing optimization of the deposit account opening funnel
- Lead identification of growth and experience opportunities and provide oversight of execution to ensure outcomes align with expected business results
- Deliver long-term, scalable solutions that require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking
- Coordinate highly complex initiatives and provide guidance to cross-functional partners
- Champion a strong customer- and data-driven culture across product decisioning and execution
- Strategically engage and influence professionals and leaders at all levels across the enterprise
- Serve as a trusted subject matter expert and advisor to product execution teams and senior leadership
- 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience across the customer and product acquisition lifecycle, including shopping, application, and onboarding journeys
- Relevant experience within a direct financial services provider
- Strong understanding of deposit customer and account-level economics, with the ability to drive ROI-based optimization and data-driven decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional, team-based environments across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are essential
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to communicate complex concepts, influence outcomes, and broker alignment among diverse and competing priorities
- Ability to exercise independent judgment to identify, analyze, and resolve complex business and product challenges
- Experience creating and delivering compelling, executive-level presentations to a wide range of stakeholders
- Proven experience conducting in-depth competitive and market analyses to identify gaps, risks, and growth opportunities
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to assess key drivers behind performance gaps relative to best-in-class benchmarks
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, paired with intellectual curiosity, sound analytical judgment, and polished executive communication skills
