You will report directly to our Director of IT and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.
This role has Salesforce CRM Development responsibilities, as part of the OPNS Organization. The OPNS portfolio includes Digital Customer Experience and Commercial Experience Solutions Operations, including Web, Commerce, SalesForce.com, etc.
ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Platform / Solution Delivery
- Review and Delivery of global SFDC solutions for the Honeywell enterprise
- Ensure IT systems and applications meet the requirements of the businesses and their processes
- Must be a team player, who is self-motivated, organized and pays strict attention to detail.
- Experience in Flosum native DevOps Solution
- Strategic thinker with sales intelligence, a strong presence and the ability to create, influence, and drive customer vision.
Platform Strategy and Feature Roadmap Management
- Ensure alignment and support of all critical systems relative to security and data privacy policies and standards inclusive of accessibility, vulnerability and website inventory management.
- Integrate SBG specific business processes related to SFDC into the Customer & Commercial Excellence (C&CE) Enterprise IT strategy
- Research and recommend innovative and contemporary technology solutions by leading R&D and POC efforts for SFDC solutions
Solution & Service Optimization
- Lightning component development experience, Lightning design development
- Experience in Apex and Visualforce page development
- Hands-on experience in administration setup, e.g., managing users, security controls, and data as well as creating roles, profiles, and reports.
- Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, process builder, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation as per application requirements
- Involved in assigned major Support/projects and initiatives to create end-to-end enterprise architecture including execution architecture, application/development architecture planning/design/prototype only) and operation architecture.
- Experience in native DevOps Solution and ability to support the development of technically focused, solutions-oriented sales proposals.
- Conducts systems architecture assessments of new and existing infrastructure and software (including open source); develops tactical plans to address short term deficiencies in current infrastructure.
- Develops/reviews technical documents to ensure consistency, accuracy and compliance with technology directions. Interfaces directly with Sales/business units and IT teams to analyze and resolve technical issues.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree: Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5+ years IT Experience
- Capable of consulting with Product Owners/Service Owners on need basis
- Salesforce Certificated Architect
- Understanding of Agile & DevOps
- Understanding of cloud computing, security, and data management.
