ABOUT THE JOB
As part of the Field Enablement Team, the Sr. Manager, Business Support will work closely with the Leader of Commercial Bank Events to create successful events & conferences that impact the growth of the business.  Attention to detail around developing, planning, executing, measuring, and effectively communicating client events and tradeshows within the Commercial Bank.  

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Leads efforts with the team to understand event/tradeshow needs, goals and deliverables.

  • Manage registration updates.
  • Send pre-event email with logistics information, pre-event list.
  • Share recap of attendance with relevant stakeholders and Salesforce team.

Conceptualize, design, and create high-profile external client events that portray the organization in a positive light to key stakeholders.

  • Source venue and vendors.
  • Provide ideas for gifts, entertainment, and other vendors.
  • Responsible for shipping and print needs.
  • Provide support onsite if needed.

Drives marketing and communication as it relates to client events and tradeshows.

  • Create invitation and registration sites.
  • Create and manage email invitation sends.
  • Help source marketing deliverables.
  • Provide ideas for gifts.

Partner as needed with field enablement forums and in-person events.

Complete admin tasks

  • Maintain events org-wide calendar.
  • Manage travel and expenses and assigned event budgets
     

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 7 years of commercial/or related financial services experience; Undergraduate degree in related field preferred
  • Extensive knowledge managing vendors and partnering with internal business stakeholders in supporting client events
  • Demonstrated awareness of event production best practices and trends, as well as experience implementing creative digital event features
  • Strong attention-to-detail, self-directed initiative, resourcefulness, and drive for innovation
  • Strong client-orientation and proven reputation of collaborative work relationships
  • Ability to prioritize workload and act with appropriate urgency

COMPTENCIES/SKILLS

  • Effective collaborative skills within team and among line of business leaders
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint
  • Canva
  • Project Management (via Monday.com) 
  • Strong Presentation Skills

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $95,000 to $110,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
