About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and execution-focused Senior Content Marketing Manager to lead content development for our virtual and in-person events. This includes webinars, executive roundtables, field marketing programs, customer events, and major industry conferences. You’ll work cross-functionally with product marketing, revenue marketing, customer marketing, and sales to craft compelling, audience-first content that elevates our brand, drives engagement, and turns every event into a memorable, story-driven experience.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of content strategy and event marketing—someone who can think big, manage multiple projects, and create content experiences that drive pipeline and brand awareness.

What you will do

  • Own and drive content strategy for all virtual and in-person events, from concept through execution.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop webinar topics, event-specific content themes, session titles, speaker abstracts, and keynote content.
  • Write and edit speaker briefs, talk tracks, decks, and promotional copy for events.
  • Partner with global integrated campaigns, strategic events, campaigns, and field marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints—before, during, and after the event.
  • Ensure every event delivers a compelling and differentiated brand experience.
  • Analyze event performance metrics to inform future content strategy.
  • Manage the speakers program and ensure all internal + external events have relevant speakers available and prepared to present.

Must Haves

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, with a focus on event content—both virtual and in-person.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to quickly craft sharp, compelling content tailored to different formats (with a focus on presentations) and audiences.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, revenue marketing, customer marketing, and sales.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
  • A strategic thinker who can connect content to business goals and buyer journeys.
  • Creative mindset and a passion for storytelling and brand building.
  • Experience in cybersecurity content marketing.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working on thought leadership content programs.
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms (e.g., ON24, Zoom Webinars) and field event execution.
  • Ability to create presentations/write content for executive speakers.
