The Senior Director, Vertical Sales & Proposals Leader – Gas & LNG is accountable for driving profitable growth across the global Gas & LNG vertical through a unified sales and proposal execution model. This leader owns end‑to‑end commercial performance for complex, large‑scale pursuits by integrating sales strategy, proposal discipline, and cross‑vertical collaboration.
The role serves as a key partner to vertical, regional, and offering leaders to ensure differentiated value propositions, disciplined deal governance, and consistent customer engagement across the Gas & LNG lifecycle.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Own global sales and proposal execution strategy for the Gas & LNG vertical, aligned to growth priorities and vertical strategy.
- Lead complex, multi‑LOB pursuits, ensuring speed, quality, and rigor from opportunity qualification through contract award.
- Establish and enforce disciplined opportunity gating, bid/no‑bid decisions, and commercial governance.
- Partner with Regional Sales Leaders and Vertical Portfolio leadership to shape offerings, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning.
- Drive consistent proposal standards, win themes, and value articulation across global pursuits.
- Lead, develop, and inspire a global team spanning sales execution, proposal management, and commercial support resources.
- Act as the executive sponsor for priority customers and strategic pursuits within the Gas & LNG vertical.
Qualifications & Experience
- 12+ years of experience in industrial sales, commercial leadership, or large‑capital project pursuits.
- Demonstrated success leading complex, global proposals within Oil & Gas, Gas Processing, LNG, or adjacent industrial markets.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence cross‑functional and regional stakeholders.
- Proven ability to balance growth ambition with disciplined commercial governance.
