Sr. Director, Network Administration and Governance

We are seeking a Sr. Director of Network Administration and Governance to lead operational support, rule administration, and governance for the MoneyPass network. This role is responsible for maintaining the integrity, consistency, and effectiveness of network operating rules that support surcharge-free cash access at more than 70,000 ATMs nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the administration, maintenance, and governance of network operating rules for networks owned and operated by MPG.
  • Responsible for supporting rule management, compliance, and operational governance objectives.
  • Partner with pricing and analytics, product management, strategy, legal, and leadership teams to update, maintain, and release operating rules for existing and new network products and capabilities.
  • Communicate network operating rule updates clearly and effectively across internal and external stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
  • Oversee the MoneyPass Locator and ensure members and participants remain compliant with MoneyPass guidelines, including enforcement of fines or penalties for unresolved infractions.
  • Oversee Dispute and Arbitration rulings to ensure that operational rules are enforced
  • Create clear, business-focused content that simplifies complex network rules, requirements, and operational changes for varied audiences.
  • Work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams to resolve issues, align priorities, and support operational excellence.
  • Champion the adoption of AI technologies to drive operational excellence, improve productivity, and elevate the client experience through data-driven insights, automation, and continuous innovation.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities that increase efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
  • Provide routine updates to operating rules based on federal regulatory changes, industry evolution, corporate initiatives, and business priorities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external groups to understand, interpret, and deliver rule updates in a concise manner that can be understood by all MoneyPass network members and participants.
  • Translate operating rules into practical guidance and content for internal teams, external partners, clients, members, and participants.
  • Stay current on payments industry trends, terminology, and regulatory considerations to support informed rule administration and governance.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for executive, internal, client, partner, member, and participant audiences.
  • Proven experience writing, editing, reviewing, and accurately distributing business-critical information.
  • High attention to detail, quality, accuracy, and consistency in governance-related documentation and communications.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend effective solutions.

Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.

This role will perform services for The MoneyPass Group, a company that is jointly owned by Fiserv and Bridgeport Partners. Your employment initially will be with Fiserv , and Fiserv will lease your services to The MoneyPass Group through December 31, 2026. As of January 1, 2027, employment with Fiserv will end and employment will transfer to The MoneyPass Group.

Salary Range

$111,000.00 - $188,400.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Nevada, Rhode Island, Vermont and Washington. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.

For incentive eligible associates, the successful candidate is eligible for an annual incentive opportunity which may be delivered as a mix of cash bonus and equity awards in the Company’s sole discretion.
