As a Director, Analyst Relations you will create compelling strategies that influence and grow our market position through effective analyst relations engagements with a specific focus within the connectivity, managed services and cloud solutions categories to grow consideration with IT decision makers. WHAT OUR DIRECTOR, ANALYST RELATIONS ENJOY MOST

  • Creating compelling narratives that position our company and its products and services to key industry analysts to grow consideration within IT and C-suite audiences. You'll play a key role in gathering insights to help drive our briefing agenda in a consistent and methodical way alongside our product, marketing and technology peers.


You'll synthesize analyst research and turn it into actionable insights that inform product roadmaps, value propositions, competitive positioning and market differentiation. WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Analyst Relations or Corporate Communications experience 10+ years
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or public relations
  • Technical skills: Hands-on experience leading an analyst relations function within a technology company
  • Skills: Excellent written, verbal and power point presentation skills. Strong attention to detail. Strategic thinking skills.
  • Abilities: Can read, write, speak and understand English. Can conduct formal presentations to all levels of management on issues or findings in assigned areas or subjects. Can work independently and make recommendations and decisions autonomously. Can manage multiple projects and tasks at one time and prioritize and organize effectively. Can work well with people from all levels of the organization, many different disciplines and varying degrees of technical and business experience. Is proactive and can make decisions and resolve problems while working under pressure. Highly developed capacity for teamwork and a strong focus on the customer. Penchant to work with a sense of urgency.
  • Travel ability: Office environment. Travel as required.
  • Schedule: Full time; hybrid option for 1 day remote


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Analyst Relations, Customer Advocacy or Influencer Marketing
  • Knowledge of cable television products and services preferred
