Purpose of the Role
Drive implementation of Dynatrace Business Observability for enterprise clients, enabling real-time visibility into critical business processes with IT context. This role focuses on configuring business events, dashboards, workflows, and automation to deliver actionable insights, optimize processes, and align IT and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
This position is able to sit remotely. Candidates who live within a 45 mile radius of Boston, MA, Detroit, MI, Denver, CO, or Mountain View, CA will be required to work hybrid (2 day per week) out of our Dynatrace office. All candidates must work EST hours.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define observability use cases and map business processes.
- Configure and deploy Business Events to capture critical KPIs and business processes.
- Design and implement dashboards and Business Flow visualizations for real-time operational insight.
- Integrate workflows and alerts to automate exception handling and process recovery.
- Ensure alignment of observability solutions with client business goals and IT context.
- Participate in structured implementation programs such as the Business Observability Accelerator (8-12 weeks).
- Share success stories and best practices internally and externally to promote adoption.
- Serve as a trusted advisor in QBRs/SBRs and executive forums.
- Partner with R&D and the Dynatrace Integrated Account Teams to evolve Business Observability offerings and go to market.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Economics, or related quantitative field.
- 4+ years in data analytics or observability with enterprise-level implementation experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven ability to connect IT telemetry with business KPIs for actionable insights.
- Familiarity with observability platforms and Dynatrace Business Analytics features (Business Flow, dashboards, workflows).
- Strong command of data visualization tools and automation frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Knowledge of cost/carbon optimization, risk analytics, and green coding initiatives.
- Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams in complex, global organizations.
