About the Role:
Lyra Health is seeking a Customer Insights Senior Analyst who will be a high-impact, customer-facing analyst responsible for transforming complex performance data into compelling, actionable narratives for our largest and most strategic customers. This role is key to validating Lyra's value, driving adoption, and ensuring successful account retention and growth by supporting the Customer Success team with data excellence.

Responsibilities
- Partner directly with the Account Management and Customer Development team to convert dashboard data and QBR metrics into tailored, persuasive narratives that directly articulate Lyra’s value and compel specific customer business action.
- Serve as a consultative partner to the Customer's internal analytical and benefits teams, ensuring our reporting directly informs their population health and financial strategies.
- Utilize expert proficiency in BI tools and automation platforms to build and maintain customized, executive-ready dashboards and templates for large accounts, reducing manual workload.
- Proactively analyze customer data to identify emerging trends, anomalies, or successes, connecting these findings to Lyra’s broader thought leadership and product capabilities to drive proactive, consultative engagement.
- Work closely with the internal Data Operations team to ensure the underlying data models supporting all customer-facing reports are reliable and accurate.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in an analytical role, preferably within a SaaS, healthcare, or consulting environment with direct client/customer-facing responsibilities.
- Expert-level proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence tools and advanced SQL for querying complex datasets. Experience with Matik or similar reporting automation tools is highly desirable.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex data analysis into simple, compelling visual and narrative formats suitable for executive audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically about business objectives and use data to form proactive, consultative recommendations.
- Experience managing high-stakes client relationships and partnering effectively with non-technical business users (e.g., CSMs, Benefits Leaders).
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Statistics, Finance, Business Analytics) required.
