What are we looking for?

SentinelOne has an exciting opportunity to join the rapidly growing IT Enterprise Applications organization.  This team is responsible for application administration and integrations for the enterprise applications used by the company and drive the road map for projects and enhancements specifically for the support and services organization. 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Business Systems Analyst, who will report to the Sr Director, Solutions Manager and will be responsible for scoping and solutioning requests that come in from the business along with assisting in hosting bi-weekly status calls with the various business units.  The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Salesforce administration and support skills, with a deep understanding of Service and Experience Cloud best practices.

What will you do?
  • Strong understanding of the business process and workflow
  • Proficiency in capturing business requirements and desired outcomes then translate them into detailed technical specifications
  • Ability to propose technical solutions to simple business problems
  • In depth knowledge of the most used business application functionality and capabilities and awareness of other business applications
  • Experience in managing communication status with the business 
  • Ability to document advanced user test cases, draft communication and detailed training documentation
  • Skilled in managing multiple requests through the process from start to finish
What skills and knowledge should you bring?
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent writing experience)
  • 3 - 5 years experience as a BSA supporting a services organization (technical support and or customer success/service)
  • SFDC administration experience in Service and Experience Cloud
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Google Suite products 
What experience or knowledge sets you apart from others?
  • Experience with Jira, Thought Industries, Kantata, and Five9
  • Experience with UX/UI design
  • Experience in project management

This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate. For some locations, a different pay range may apply.  If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting process. You can also reach out to the recruiter with any questions.

Base Salary Range
$92,000$127,000 USD
