About the Role:
CrowdStrike is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Salesforce to join our fast growing Alliances IT team. In this role, you will work closely with partners and business stakeholders to align technology solutions with business needs. Based on a deep understanding of the business, you will be responsible for managing and improving custom commerce applications built on the Salesforce platform.
With your expertise, you will design and implement features that enable our Alliances, E-commerce, Product Engineering and Finance teams. You will also define the scope of technical projects and oversee execution. Our mission is to implement and optimize systems and applications that make it easier to do business at CrowdStrike.
What You’ll Do:
Partner with business stakeholders to maintain a prioritized strategic roadmap, and coordinate and execute Commerce projects and enhancements.
Primarily responsible for providing excellent partner experience.
Provide strong analytical, problem solving, technical, and project management skills to effectively collect requirements, evaluate options, and design and deliver quality solutions.
Provide solutions for complex business problems within the Lead-to-Cash (L2C) ecosystem.
Measure success of initiatives based on the metrics defined.
Act as a scrum master, own the JIRA board and host daily scrum calls with Salesforce engineering team to track status and discuss blockers.
Own functional tasks and deliverables, including: process definition, requirements gathering, vendor selection, fit/gap analysis, functional design, training, reporting and continuous improvement of business applications.
Create and maintain project, application and requirement documents.
Work to drive adoption and alignment across the company’s business processes and systems.
Ensure the consistency and quality of Commerce automations across SFDC and integrated systems.
Use and recommend best practices while delivering scalable high quality solutions.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor's degree (technical degree preferred).
8+ years of experience in the capacity of BSA, Sr. BSA or Product Owner for SaaS business systems for a software company, with at least 4 years of Salesforce experience.
Strong understanding of partner business processes and best practices.
Strong understanding of API integrations and middleware tools.
Solid understanding of Lead-to-Cash (L2C) processes.
Understanding of revenue recognition and billing systems.
Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, hard working, and a great team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required, including experience meeting with and presenting information to senior leadership.
Strong knowledge and understanding of the Salesforce platform, ecosystem and best-practices.
Passion for creating a frictionless end user experience.
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving scenario.
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator) preferred but not required.

Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
