The Sr Billing Specialist is responsible for coding and costing invoices, monitoring billing processes, managing email communication, and ensuring the team accomplishes daily tasks.

Compensation:
Hourly pay rate is in the range of $22.02 - $33.08/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Benefits:
Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of 6.67 hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.

- Perform VMRS coding and costing of invoices, and audit invoices to ensure correct billing in Audit Queue.
- Monitor Genesys to ensure PO line is covered during working hours.
- Execute TMCare resets as applicable.
- Responsible for making sure all non workflow tasks are completed on a daily basis.
- Release Saia and Budget invoices daily
- Maintain 9-Digit and COD Queues
- Handle emails from outside and inside the department
- VMRS Coding and Costing of invoices all Tiers
- Monitor Billing Teams chat
- Undertake additional duties as assigned within the Billing department.
