Our challenge
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with deep expertise in InfoLease (Solifi) platform and extensive experience in the equipment finance domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, facilitating iterative development, stakeholder collaboration, and ensuring the successful delivery of leasing solutions aligned with business needs.
Additional Information*
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $110k - $120k/year & benefits (see below).
The Role
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria within an Agile framework.
- Act as a liaison between business teams, product owners, and technical developers to ensure clarity of requirements and successful sprint delivery.
- Support product backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization to maximize value delivery.
- Conduct detailed process analysis and mapping for lease lifecycle workflows, identifying opportunities for process improvements within equipment finance.
- Assist in configuring and testing InfoLease (Solifi) solutions to meet evolving business requirements.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), gather feedback, and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, workflows, test cases, and training materials.
- Keep abreast of latest updates in InfoLease (Solifi), Agile practices, and equipment finance industry standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ tears of experience as a Business Analyst in the equipment finance domain, specifically working with InfoLease (Solifi).
- Strong knowledge of lease lifecycle management, accounting standards, and compliance within equipment finance.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into clear requirements.
- Experience in process modeling, test planning, and executing UAT.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar Agile certifications.
- Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or equivalent.
- Certifications related to InfoLease (Solifi) or leasing domain are a plus.
- Agile project management.
- Requirements gathering & user story writing.
- Lease & loan management in equipment finance.
- Process improvement and modelling.
- Stakeholder engagement and facilitation.
