Job Overview:

LPL Financial is seeking a Senior Analyst, Technology and Product Transformation, to support execution of transformation initiatives across our Technology, Product Development, and Digital Innovation organizations. This role will focus on driving analysis, project execution, operational improvements, and reporting activities that help advance organizational priorities and transformation objectives.

The successful candidate will partner with leaders and stakeholders across Technology, Product, and Global Capability Center teams to support program delivery, develop insights and recommendations, create executive communications, and contribute to measurable improvements in efficiency, effectiveness, and business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Support execution of transformation initiatives by leading project activities, workstreams, analyses, and deliverables across Technology and Product organizations.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Develop business cases, presentations, dashboards, reports, and executive materials to support decision-making and governance activities.
  • Monitor program performance, track milestones, identify risks and dependencies, and support mitigation planning.
  • Coordinate across stakeholders to gather requirements, facilitate meetings, document decisions, and ensure follow-through on action items.
  • Assist with portfolio reporting, KPI tracking, and value realization measurement for transformation initiatives.
  • Support implementation of process improvements, operating model enhancements, and AI-enabled capabilities.
  • Develop clear and concise communications for leadership updates, governance forums, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Maintain project plans, workstream documentation, and transformation artifacts to ensure effective execution and transparency.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in technology, product, consulting, strategy, transformation, business operations, project management, or related functions.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional projects and working with multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Experience building PowerPoint presentations, reports, dashboards, and executive communications.
  • Organizational and project management skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Experience developing KPIs, reporting frameworks, and performance dashboards.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, portfolio management, or product operating models.

Pay Range:

$91,670.00 - $152,852.00
 
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
