Who We Are

At Mosaic, we believe humanity is the starting point to every solution.

In a world where technology is moving faster than ever, people are looking for authentic connections they can trust. That's where we come in. We create human-centered experiences that bring brands and consumers together in meaningful ways, transforming audiences into advocates and moments into measurable business results.

We're an outcomes-obsessed experiential agency that helps brands build stronger connections with customers, communities, partners, and employees. From large-scale consumer activations and retail experiences to executive events, conferences, sponsorships, sampling programs, and B2B engagements, experiential marketing is at the core of what we do.

Senior Account Manager, Experiential Marketing & Account Leadership (B2B & B2C)

We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our Experiential Marketing team, serving as a strategic client leader and trusted partner while driving the planning and execution of live experiences. This individual will lead client relationships, oversee program delivery, manage budgets and profitability, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver impactful experiences that achieve business objectives.

Success in this role requires a balance of client leadership, experiential marketing expertise, strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and executional excellence.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Client Leadership & Business Partnership
•    Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact and trusted advisor across assigned accounts.
•    Build strong client relationships by understanding business objectives, marketing priorities, and organizational dynamics.
•    Lead strategic conversations that connect experiential marketing programs to broader business goals.
•    Facilitate client meetings, presentations, workshops, and program reviews with confidence.
•    Anticipate client needs, provide proactive counsel, and identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and grow agency business.

Account & Program Management
•    Lead a variety of experiential marketing programs, including activations, conferences, sponsorships, hospitality programs, tours, and employee engagement events, from concept through execution and post-event reporting.
•    Oversee planning and execution, including timelines, budgets, staffing, logistics, vendor management, and onsite operations.
•    Partner with Project Management to develop scopes of work, workbacks, staffing plans, and operational roadmaps.
•    Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, production, operations, finance, and analytics teams, serving as the voice of the client internally.
•    Anticipate risks, solve challenges proactively, and maintain accountability for program performance, quality, and client satisfaction.

Strategic Planning & Marketing Leadership
•    Translate business objectives into experiential marketing strategies and recommendations.
•    Develop engagement programs that connect B2B and B2C audiences and drive measurable results.
•    Bring forward innovative ideas informed by consumer behavior, industry trends, and marketplace insights.

Financial & Commercial Management
•    Own program budgets, forecasts, reconciliations, and profitability management.
•    Develop estimates, scopes of work, change orders, and client proposals.
•    Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
•    Support account growth through strong client stewardship and commercial management.

Team Leadership & Collaboration
•    Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
•    Mentor and develop junior team members.
•    Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
•    Partner closely with the Business Director to support overall account and business objectives.

Business Development & Organic Growth
•    Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and agency services.
•    Contribute to account growth strategies, new business initiatives, and proposal development.
•    Bring forward innovative ideas that strengthen client partnerships and agency success.

Qualifications

Who will Thrive in this Role
You may be a strong fit if you:
•    Are passionate about experiential marketing and creating meaningful brand experiences.
•    Have led events, activations, conferences, sponsorships, tours, or customer engagement programs from planning through execution.
•    Enjoy balancing strategic client leadership with hands-on program delivery.
•    Thrive in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines.
•    Take ownership and do whatever it takes to ensure program success.
•    Understand that no task is beneath you. One day may involve managing event setup onsite, while the next involves presenting recommendations to senior client leadership.
Required Experience
•    7+ years of account management experience within an experiential marketing, event marketing, sponsorship/activation, or integrated marketing agency.
•    Demonstrated experience leading experiential programs including activations, conferences, sponsorships, trade shows, tours, and other live events.
•    Experience managing program budgets, scopes of work, forecasting, change orders, and profitability.
•    Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, including strategy, creative, production, operations, and field staff.
•    Strong understanding of event planning, production, staffing, vendor management, logistics, and onsite execution.
•    Experience working across both B2B and B2C programs preferred
Preferred Qualifications

•    Agency-side experiential marketing experience.
•    Experience managing national activation programs, sponsorships, conferences, festivals, tours, or large-scale event programs.
•    Experience managing field teams, staffing agencies, production vendors, and event partners.
•    Experience supporting Fortune 500 clients and complex stakeholder organizations.
•    Experience managing integrated campaigns that connect experiential, digital, social, content, and communications channels.
Important Note
This is an experiential marketing role. Successful candidates will have meaningful experience leading live events, activations, sponsorships, trade shows, hospitality programs, tours, or other brand experiences, in addition to managing client relationships. Candidates without hands-on experiential marketing experience are unlikely to be successful in this role.
